Here, within Los Glaciares National Park, more than a hundred glaciers descend from the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, advancing, retreating, and breathing as living masses. Among them, the imposing Glaciar Perito Moreno stands as both icon and anomaly—one of the few advancing glaciers on Earth—its surface cracking, shifting, and collapsing in a constant display of force.
